Services for the business subscriber
GINTEL build products for virtual i.e. netcentric services, there is no need for infrastructure at the customer premises apart from the actual handset, the whole service is implemented in the network. This should be especially appealing to SME since it:
- gives full flexibility regarding capacity, there are no infrastructure investment that will limit the volume of the operation
- service fees instead of up front investment fits better with the cash flow for SMEs
- SMEs are very often dynamic and distributed organisations and would be best served by mobile communication. There are some services that you typically lose if you run a mobile only communication strategy, the traditional call centre, the VPN, and the switchboard services are often seen as part of the old fixed-line and in-house PABX communication solution.
